His six year old sire, My Romance, is sired by the Grand Prix stallion For Romance. His dam, Donnevanck, is half sister to the Grand Prix stallion Vivanck and the KWPN licensed stallion Gunner. In turn her dam is directly related to the stallion, Polansky.
His dam line is headed by thye KWPN stallion Zhivago, who won the Pavo Cup for 5-year-old dressage horses and all stallion competitions 2009/2010 and again in 2010/2011. Zhivago’s sire, Krack C, who in combination with Anky van Grunsven, won the Grand Prix’s of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Rotterdam, Helsinki, Oslo, Wiesbaden, Moscow, Norten Hardenberg, Mechelen and Aachen, managed to start an entirely new stallion line in the Netherlands, producing the likes of Tuschinski, United, Vivaldi and Zhivago.
