Orlando combines his own achievements in the Z2 dressage with a pedigree in which sporting achievements are deeply ingrained from generation to generation.

His Sire Zardando was successfully competed at Small Tour. Zardando’s direct dam line also stands out for its proven sporting achievements: his dam Roxcella, a daughter of the legendary Gribaldi, also competed in the Small Tour, just like his grandmother Marcella.

Zardando is a son of Tango, the international Grand Prix stallion from the partnership Jazz × Contango. This brings together, through the paternal line, several of the most influential names in Dutch dressage breeding.

Orlando’s Dam What’s Up is a Danish-bred daughter of Doolittle. Through Doolittle comes the bloodline of the international Grand Prix stallion Blue Hors Don Schufro in the dam line, a stallion who has had a major influence both in sport and in international dressage breeding.

With his own achievements in the Z2 dressage and the blood of Zardando, Tango, Jazz, Gribaldi and Blue Hors Don Schufro Orlando combines a proven sporting maternal and paternal line with some of the most established names in international dressage breeding.
