Information

An exceptionally strong maternal line forms the foundation of this 2-year-old colt, combined with proven Grand Prix bloodlines via Desperados, De Niro, Fidertanz, Vivaldi and Krack C.

His Sire Le Monde is the son of Desperados, who, under Kristina Bröring-Sprehe, was among the very best in the world of dressage for many years. Through his father De Niro, also a Grand Prix horse and one of the most influential dressage sires of his generation, the sport is firmly rooted in the sire’s line at the very highest level. On Du Monde’s dam’s side, we also find Fidertanz, having enjoyed success himself right up to Grand Prix level.

The dam line is just as impressive. His dam Florenca, elite, preferent, prestatie, PROK and sport(dr), is a daughter of the preferent Vivaldi, who, as a sire, has had an enormous influence on international dressage breeding. Vivaldi is a son of the Grand Prix stallion Krack C.

This commitment to quality continues to be a defining feature in subsequent generations as well. Grandmother Antine-Nomia, who is also classified as ‘elite’, ‘preferent’, ‘prestatie’, ‘PROK’ and ‘sport(dr)’, is a daughter of the ‘preferent’ Negro, who was himself graded as Intermediaire A/B/II and became world-famous as the sire of Olympic champion Valegro. Behind him we find, once again, mares with impressive titles such as Renate Utopia and Pinomia, both preferential and performance-related.
