This appealing Ovation, a 7-year-old gelding (by Fürst Jazz) is currently in training at Prix St. Georges level and shows great promise for higher-level dressage. He combines a modern appearance with a fine temperament, good natural balance and sufficient ability to develop further towards the higher classes. In training, he proves willing to work, closes up well and is becoming increasingly strong in collection, making him an interesting prospect for a rider looking to progress further in the Subtop.

A pedigree built on proven Grand Prix bloodlines
Ovation has also inherited a great deal genetically. His sire Fürst Jazz unites the blood of Fürst Romancier with that of Painted Black, himself a successful Grand Prix rider. On his mother’s side, we find Wynton, also Grand Prix-rated, followed by the influential Jazz, which for many years was one of the Netherlands’ leading dressage sires.

Further back in the dam line, we find Flemmingh, another prominent name in dressage breeding. The strong classifications in the dam line — including Elite, Preferent, Prestatie and Sport — further underline the quality and durability of this bloodline.
