The talented Promise He has recently begun his competitive career and is already showing great promise in dressage. His pedigree brings together some of the most influential names in modern dressage breeding with a dam line that is particularly rich in titles and has a proven track record.

His Sire For Romance is one of the successful sons of Fürst Romancier and, through him, carries the blood of Fürst Heinrich. For Romance’s dam line is also of exceptional quality. His dam Gesina, Elite and Hauptstutbuch, is a daughter of Sir Donnerhall I and went on to become one of the most successful broodmares in Oldenburg dressage breeding.

Promise’s mum Faith has the predicates elite and sport (Dr) and once again brings a proven track record to the pedigree. She is a daughter of the ‘preferente’ Vivaldi, one of the most important dressage sires of his generation and son of the Grand Prix stallion Krack C.

The quality of the dam line continues through Grace, quality and performance, and Karin, ‘Keur’, ‘Preferent’ and ‘Prestatie’. These classifications have been used to distinguish several generations of mares both for their own quality and for the performance of their offspring.
